City Life Lettings

Local Lettings Agency

City Life Lettings

City Life Lettings is a local letting agency formed by Worcester City Council to provide a letting service for local landlords.

Since 2010 we have worked with local landlords to help create sustainable tenancies for households in housing need and improve property standards across the city. Due to the success of this service and the increasing demand for properties in the Private Sector, we are pleased to be able to offer an enhanced service for our local Landlords through City Life Lettings.

Our vision

Worcester City Councils vision is to make Worcester a safe city where people are involved in their communities, the shaping and running of local services and are supported to find suitable housing. This means we want people to have the right home in the right place at the right time. Good quality sustainable private sector accommodation offered through the City Life Lettings Bond Guarantee Scheme will support the delivery of this vision.

What landlords say

"Having attempted a self-managed let I was totally disillusioned; problems with the maintenance of the flat, demands from the tenants, and a mountain of paperwork were taking up a lot of my time and my patience was at breaking point. Now my rental income remains stable as any issues with tenants' Housing Benefit are quickly resolved and vacant periods are minimal."

"Right through from advice on the location of properties that I am interested in to the final interview and completion of leases, I have always found City Life lettings to be extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend anyone interested in renting out a property to talk to the department."

"Your agency provided a choice of tenants and I was able to select the ones that I felt happy to work with. It has given me the security that I will receive my rent regularly and on time."
