How do I renew my garden waste service?
We will write to you approximately one month before your current year's service is due to expire, inviting you to renew your subscription. The letter will show your Garden Waste Anniversary Date and the current cost of the service. Should you wish to renew, payment must be made by this date.
The letter will also show your Garden Waste Account Reference. Payment can then be made using the methods described below and your Garden Waste Collection Service will continue uninterrupted.
If you fail to pay by your Garden Waste Anniversary Date the service will be suspended on this date. If you further fail to pay by your second scheduled collection after your anniversary date, then the service will be cancelled and your bin removed. To reinstate the service again, you will be required to pay the annual subscription and the registration fee.
Paying for the service
There are two different options depending on when your anniversary renewal date falls. It is important you choose the right option below.
Option 1 - Anniversary date from 1 April 2016
If your Garden Waste Collection anniversary is from the 1 April 2016 then please do the following:

Enter your 10 digit Account Invoice number
- Complete the rest of the form as required.
Option 2 - Anniversary date up to 31 March 2016

How to cancel your Garden Waste Service
If you wish to cancel the service please contact the Worcestershire Hub on 01905 722233. We will then contact you to arrange collection of your bin.
