Healthy Walks in the Park: Gheluvelt Riverside Walk – every Friday morning at 10.30am
Come and join the Park Wardens on a brisk walk through the Park. It’s a great way to meet up with friends old and new – as well as having a positive effect on your physical and mental health! The weekly walk, which will begin at The Pump House Environment Centre at the Gheluvelt Park, will take in the Riverside en route to Cripplegate Park. Then it’s around the Cricket Ground to Bromwich Parade, and back up the Riverside to Gheluvelt Park.

Free photography workshop in Gheluvelt Park: Friday 29th January:
Are you interested in photography? Why not come and join in a free workshop in the Gheluvelt Park, Worcester on Friday 29th January from 1.30 to 3.30pm.
The theme of the event, which is aimed at amateur photographers, is Black & White. There will be a discussion on what to consider when taking black and white photos and a walk through the park, with an opportunity to take photos with the assistance of a freelance artist. You will need to bring your own camera, preferably digital
The event will be followed by refreshments in the Pumphouse. Your favourite photograph from the workshop will be featured on the City Council’s website!
