Wedding venue at The Guildhall, Worcester
What better place to tie the knot, than at Worcester's historic Guildhall? The Guildhall has a licence to conduct wedding ceremonies, civil partnership ceremonies and naming ceremonies for the first time in this beautiful building. The Guildhall, which dates back to 1721, is a perfect venue for both wedding ceremonies and receptions, and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

The Gheluvelt Package
Exclusive use of the Guildhall Centre from 8.30am until 12.00 midnight for the ceremony, breakfast
and evening reception. Rooms included are Lower Hall, Court Room, Green Room, Randall Room, Council Chamber and Assembly Room.
The Cromwell Package
Exclusive use of the upper rooms of the Guildhall Centre from 8.30am until 6.00pm for the ceremony and breakfast. Rooms included are Randall Room, Council Chamber and Assembly Room.
The Elgar Package
Price: £450 (Assembly Room)
Price: £400 (Council Chamber or Court Room)
Exclusive use of the Assembly Room, Council Chamber or Court Room from 8.30am until 6.00pm for the ceremony.
The Fort Royal Package
Exclusive use of the upper rooms of the Guildhall Centre from either 12.00 noon until 6.00pm or from 6.00pm until 12.00 midnight for either the breakfast or evening meal. Rooms included are Randall Room, Council Chamber and Assembly Room.
Exclusive use of the lower rooms of the Guildhall Centre from 6.00pm until 12.00 midnight for the evening reception. Rooms included are Green Room, Court Room and Lower Hall

- Car parking facilities at the rear of the Guildhall building, subject to availability.
- Meet and greet reception by Guildhall Attendants followed by a dedicated service from the City Council's professional team.

The Hirer is responsible for procuring catering including bar arrangements. A list of caterers that
meet the City Council's requirements as set out in the Guildhall Terms and Conditions of Hire can be
provided to the Hirer. Other caterers can be used subject to them meeting these requirements, this will
also include the caterer entering into a written contract with the City Council.
The Hirer is responsible for procuring entertainment in accordance with the Guildhall Terms and
Conditions of Hire.
