Worcestershire County Council Elections

The next full election of Worcestershire County Council Councillors will be held on Thursday, 4 May 2017

  • Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must be received by the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Tuesday 18 April 2017.
  • Applications to appoint a proxy at this election must be received by the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Tuesday 25 April 2017.
  • Applications to vote by proxy at this election on the grounds of physical incapacity or for work/service reasons must be received by the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Thursday 4 May 2017. The physical incapacity must have occurred after 5pm on Tuesday 25 April 2017. To apply on the grounds of work/service, the person must have become aware that they cannot go to the polling station in person after 5pm on Tuesday 25 April 2017.

Worcester City Council By-election

Councillor David Wilkinson has resigned from Worcester City Council, where he represented the Bedwardine ward. A by-election is to be held for the election of one City Councillor for the Bedwardine ward. The poll will take place on Thursday, 4 May 2017.
