City Life Lettings
City Life Lettings is a local letting agency formed by Worcester City Council to provide a letting service for local landlords.
Since 2010 we have worked with local landlords to help create sustainable tenancies for households in housing need and improve property standards across the city. Due to the success of this service and the increasing demand for properties in the Private Sector, we are pleased to be able to offer an enhanced service for our local Landlords through City Life Lettings.
Worcester City Councils vision is to make Worcester a safe city where people are involved in their communities, the shaping and running of local services and are supported to find suitable housing. This means we want people to have the right home in the right place at the right time. Good quality sustainable private sector accommodation offered through the City Life Lettings Bond Guarantee Scheme will support the delivery of this vision.

We will provide you with a written guarantee which allows landlords to claim any monies owing as though it was a standard cash deposit. This means that you will not have to pay to register the deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
