Contacting the Council
COVID-19: Worcester is in lockdown from 6 January 2021 and the following arrangements apply:

- Our Housing Support Centre on Trinity Street is closed to walk-in customers. You can still contact us by telephone on 01905 722233.
There are lots of ways you can contact us. We try to keep our website up to date with all the information you might need, so that you can find it at any time of the day. If you can’t find what you need, there are several options available.

You can call us on 01905 722233, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You’ll be given the opportunity to leave a message for the service you require and one of our officers will call you back within one working day.

Make a Council Tax payment
- Pay your Council Tax online
- Pay your Counil Tax by phone – call 0330 088 0680.
- You can also pay your Council Tax and other bills at your local PayPoint shops or Post Office.
