Contacting the Council
There are lots of ways you can contact us. We try to keep our website up to date with all the information you might need so that you can find it at any time of the day. If you can’t find what you need, there are several options available.
Call us
You can call us on 01905 722233 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. You will be given the opportunity to choose which service you need in order that we direct you to the most appropriate officers. We will not keep you waiting for long and if one of our officers does not become available within a short timeframe, you will be able to leave a message and we’ll call you back within one working day.
Outside of our working hours, you can get assistance information on 01905 722233 if your call is an emergency.

Make a Council Tax payment
- Pay your Council Tax online
- Pay your Council Tax by phone – call 0330 088 0680.
- You can also pay your Council Tax and other bills at your local PayPoint shops or Post Office.
