Worcester Customer Service Centre

The Customer Service Centre based at 89 The High Street is closed until further notice. Customer enquiries can be made by phone to 01905 722233.

The Customer Service Advisors have access to a variety of IT systems to assist them. Data protection, security and confidentiality are complied with at all times. Customer information is updated where appropriate. Private interview rooms are available on request and can also be pre-booked.
