Service Status Information
Trade Waste Collections Restricted We will not be accepting new customers. For existing customers, we will be collecting your waste as normal.
Tourist Information Centre Partially Open The Tourist Information Centre based at the Guildhall is open Wednesday to Saturday between 10.00am – 3.00pm.
Cemetery and Crematorium Restricted

In line with Government legislation section 5 (8) Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions (England) Regulations 2020, in order to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and ensure continuity of critical services, a maximum of twenty mourners are permitted at burials and cremations with new safety measures in place before, during and after services.

Community Centres Closed

All Community Centres currently managed by Worcester Community Trust are closed until further notice.

Worcester Show Cancelled

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of this year’s Worcester Show at Gheluvelt Park, due to the ongoing impact of the coronavirus outbreak. The Show will be back in August 2021 with a day to celebrate and remember.

Saturday Skips Suspended  The Saturday skip service has been suspended until further notice.
Comments, Compliments and Complaints service Restricted

Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 and the implications this has for our customers, staff and communities, Worcester City Council will be prioritising our critical services.

As a result, there may be delays in our response to complaints and feedback. We will respond to enquiries as soon as possible but would appreciate your understanding and patience in these challenging times.

We will however continue to review the enquiries that we receive to ensure that we do respond appropriately to urgent matters regarding the heath, safety and wellbeing of the public and our communities.
