Curry house serves up five-star food hygiene rating

 A popular Worcester curry house has made sweeping improvements – and following an independent inspection has seen its food hygiene rating progress from one star to five stars; the highest possible rating.

The Anarkali Indian Restaurant, based on The Tything in Worcester, was re inspected by Worcestershire Regulatory Services in early 2020.The venue was awarded the five-star rating following a number of improvements.

The Mayor of Worcester visited the restaurant to congratulate staff on their progress.
