Administration of the Community Trigger (Anti‑social Behaviour Case Review) process. This gives victims of persistent anti‑social behaviour the right to request a review of how relevant agencies have responded to reported incidents and to consider whether further action is required, under the Anti‑social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

Consequences of failing to provide personal data
If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to consider your request for a Community Trigger or carry out a full review of the response to anti‑social behaviour you have reported.

Lawful basis for processing personal data
- Article 6(1)(e) UK GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.
This processing is carried out in accordance with statutory powers under the Anti‑social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Lawful basis for processing special category data
- Article 9(2)(g) UK GDPR – processing necessary for reasons of substantial public interest, supported by Schedule 1, Part 2 of the Data Protection Act 2018, including safeguarding of individuals at risk and prevention of unlawful acts; and
- Article 10 UK GDPR, where processing relates to criminal convictions or offences, with appropriate safeguards in place.
