Worcester Show is set to return to Pitchcroft on Sunday 10 August, and it promises to be a full day of music, culture and entertainment for the whole family.

From community competitions to games and sports demonstrations, the Show site will be packed full of activities from 10am until 5pm – with a community procession starting proceedings in style at 10.30am.

This year, the main stage is being rebranded as the BBC Hereford & Worcester stage. It will host a vibrant and eclectic mix of live performances including Hannah Mac, Paurosi, Sheddy Maria, Chalky Martin, DJ Ed Steelfox with his crowd-pleasing 90s set, and Huron.

Elsewhere at the Show, the BBC Introducing & BBC Upload Stage will shine a spotlight on emerging and unsigned local talent — giving the stars of tomorrow a platform to perform.

Returning for a third year, Worcester Mela will bring a cultural feast for the senses to the Show once again.

The Mela Stage will host a rich programme of music and dance, including performances by Awantika, Malayali Dancers and Tariq Saher.

AAJA Nachle Let’s Dance and Sharma & Jimmy will perform on both the main stage and the Mela stage during the day.

Visitors will also have the chance to get hands-on in the Mela Marquee, with interactive Dhol Drumming and Bollywood Dance workshops.

Food lovers can enjoy live Cooking Demos with Suki, while families can take part in craft activities and enjoy two storytelling sessions with Awantika.

Worcester Show will also feature the ever-popular Competition Marquee, a space that celebrates different community groups from across Worcester.

This year, the Marquee is being proudly supported by Platform Housing.

First Bus is the Show’s Sustainable Travel Partner, encouraging visitors to choose eco-friendly travel options and reduce their environmental impact.

New for 2025, visitors can unwind in the Quiet Area or discover different sustainability ideas in the Eco Zone. Shoppers can browse stalls filled with goods, food and drink from local traders, and the Sports and Activity Zone will offer energetic fun for all ages.

Tickets for Worcester Show are available now on the Show website or can be bought on the day. They cost £2.50 per adult, while children go free.

Councillor Katie Collier, Vice Chair of Worcester City Council’s Communities Committee said: “The Worcester Show is always a highlight of the summer — a celebration of our city’s culture, creativity and community spirit.

“With the support of partners like BBC Hereford & Worcester and the return of the fantastic Worcester Mela, we’re proud to offer a day that truly has something for everyone.

“You can buy tickets and find performance times on the Worcester Show website.”
