Fees and Charges for 2025-2026

*Advance 33% concession given to tenants who can evidence that they are:  

• Over 61 years of age on 1 October 2024 (the age threshold will rise each year, so over 62 years on 1 October 2025, and so on); or
• Student (full time); or
• Under 25s on the following:
  1. Modern Apprenticeship Letter from training provider
  2. NVQ Training Schemes Letter from training provider stating net income and scheme (earning less than jobseekers allowance)
  3. Life Skills Training Letter from training provider stating net income and scheme (earning less than jobseekers allowance)

*Or Advance 33% concession given to tenants if they fulfil one of the following criteria:

• Carer’s Allowance
• Housing Benefit
• Child Tax Credit
• Income Support
• Council Tax Benefit
• Jobseekers Allowance
• Disability Living Allowance
• Pension Guaranteed Credits
• Employment & Support Allowance
• Personal Independence Payment
• Foster Carers
• Universal Credit
