- Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election may be applied for on grounds of physical incapacity or employment, where the changes occurred after 5pm on Wednesday, 31 May 2017, and must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the Guildhall by 5pm on Thursday, 8 June 2017.

Councillor David Wilkinson has resigned from Worcester City Council, where he represented the Bedwardine ward. A by-election was held for the election of one City Councillor for the Bedwardine ward. The poll took place on Thursday, 4 May 2017.
