Second Hand Goods Dealers
If you wish to carry on business as a dealer in second-hand goods in the City, you need to be registered to do so with the Council under section 20 of the Worcester City Council Act 1985.
There is no fee payable to register as a second-hand good dealer. Registrations last for three years before they have to be renewed.

Apply by post
To apply for a licence by post you need to complete an application form and send it to:
Worcester City Council Licensing, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 7WF
