Service being provided

To consult with the public about council services, the use of public money and inform decision making about services offered/delivered by Worcester City Council.

Worcester City Council may contact Worcester City Residents Panel to ask about their views on a variety of council issues and services. The Panel may be contacted by the Council about future surveys, consultations and discussion groups.

We may share Panel Member's details with third party research organisations for the purpose of organising and facilitating independent customer research on behalf of the Council.

We will not share your personal information with any other third parties unless the law requires us to do so.

We will only keep your information for the minimum period necessary. The information outlined in this privacy notice will be kept in accordance with our retention schedule. All information will be held securely and destroyed under confidential conditions.
