Purpose of Processing 

• Undertake a consultation for Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) to inform, change or improve planning guidance and documentation.
• Send updates to those who want to be notified.
• Service planning / improvement (informing decision-making including checking the make-up of respondents).
• To eliminate discrimination and advance equality under the Equalities Act 2010.

• Performance of a task carried out in the public interest (in accordance with Regulation 12 of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012).
